Bazelet Consulting was founded in 2002 with the goal of providing efficient professional services to companies and organizations in the preparation of tenders.
The company has participated in various tenders in the civil engineering sector and other sectors such as Health services, Education services and others and is active in tenders since 2007.
In the field of tenders, we offer the following services:
Tender Management
- Organize and assemble the project team according to the tender requirements
- Create work processes according to needs and the nature of the project – work in cooperation with the tender Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Coordinate activities between the professional/technical parts of the team and the other parts such as finance, commercial, legal and the rest of the tender team to ensure the preparation of the tender according to the requirements, in budget and on time
- Manage tender budget including suppliers price proposal, contracting and administrative management
- Establish monitoring and control processes to maximize outputs
Tenders Preparation and Submission
- Analyze tender submission requirements as to the required documents to be prepared
- Configure tender technical requirements such as format, page limitations, # of copies etc.
- Ensure all documents are prepared in the specified manner set in the tender documents
- Compile the bid documents and proof-read – language wise – in English and Hebrew
- Produce the tender documents including printing, binding, packing and preparing digital copies as required
Creation of Tender Documentation
- Analyze requirements and write technical document handling different aspects of projects such as review and approval processes, management of statutory processes, organizational structure, general project processes, interface management, policies and procedures and other
- Write technical documents with the Subject Matter Expert SME such as Method Statement in civil engineering projects
